These Terms of Service govern your use of LLMCheck, a service provided by SearchClicks. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

LLMCheck is an AI visibility analysis tool that checks how your domain appears in various Large Language Model (LLM) search results. The service provides insights and recommendations to improve your brand's visibility in AI-generated responses.

2. User Obligations

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your domain
  • Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate or abuse our analysis systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Payment and Pricing

Our service is offered at €3.50 per domain analysis. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All prices include applicable taxes. No refunds are provided once the analysis has been completed and results delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in LLMCheck are the property of SearchClicks or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit written permission.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Analysis results are stored for 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

SearchClicks provides LLMCheck on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

8. Digital Product and Right of Withdrawal

LLMCheck provides digital services in the form of AI visibility analysis reports. By purchasing and using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a digital service that is performed immediately upon payment confirmation
  • The analysis begins immediately after payment and is typically completed within minutes
  • You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed
  • As the service is completed immediately, no refunds are available after the analysis results have been delivered

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for users who violate these terms. You may stop using our service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
